I have the honour to work with Women that want to feel better in their skin. We delve into your best Nutrition + Fitness + Lifestyle options to reach the Wellness goals of your dreams.

I specialize in a Holistic Wellness that strive for balance and not for perfection through a plant_based approach to abundant and varied food + a regular engaged and conscious movement of the body + a healthy lifestyle with plenty of little positive habits, outlooks and relationships.

Through this work the limiting beliefs that hold us prisoners melt away to reveal our truth and our most powerful potential: we look at a successful positive ageing with functional years of expansion, growth and gratitude.

EDUCATION | In the last year 24/25

- I am currently enrolled at Harvard Medical School in three Nutrition & Wellness Programs taught by Lifestyle Medicine pioneer, Dr Beth Frates, MD and Professor Walter C. Willett, MD, Dr. PH;

- I deepened my studies on female physiology, specializing on how to thrive during peri and post Menopause and got certified by the world’s leading expert on the subject, Dr Stacy Sims, PHD, MSC;

- I studied specific protocols on Core and Pelvic Floor health and functionality, focusing on the most common issues of this area;

- I retired in an ashram for a month and deepened my studies on Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama and Meditation;

- I completed a few courses taught by Esther Perel, psychotherapist (known for her work on human relationships and relational intelligence) and Gabor Maté, physician (known for his work on childhood development, addictions, trauma and potential lifelong impacts on physical and mental health).

EDUCATION | In the last 20+ years

I’ve been extensively studying Nutrition (Clinical, Holistic, Sport), Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Shakti Bhakti) and Training (Strenght t., Endurance t., Functional t., Calisthenics, Pilates).

In the last five years I have been specializing in the Women’s Wellness realm (peri and post Menopause Wellness, Core and Pelvic Floor health, the Sacred Feminine, ReWilding), Mindfulness, Breathwork and Meditation (Pranayama, Trascendental m., Vipassana m., Solo Nature Quests) and Yoga Philosophy, fully embracing the path of Pantanjali’s eight limbs of Yoga in my daily life, and living in line with my values to the best of my abilities.

On the above subjects I hold a multitude of Diplomas and Certifications from accredited Health and Wellness Institutes and from the best Health Professionals around the world.
