I am a Clinical Nutritionist, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Sport Nutritionist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Strength and Endurance Trainer, Healthy Lifestyle Advisor and happy Mamma.

I can be of help especially if you are struggling with issues of the immune system, inflammation, low energy and unbalanced weight issues by providing natural and effective strategies and plans of action.  I also concentrate on children’s optimal health and their immune system.

With over 20 years of extensive training in Eastern and Western health practices, my mission is to create a healthier world empowering women who wish to enhance their inner and outer wellness. My passion about holistic health have helped clients of all backgrounds and ages successfully move toward their health goals.

I studied deep detox cellular cleansing in New York City with Natalia Rose and at the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida, attending their residential program.

I was the owner and general manager of the Club Francesco Conti Health Club, a renowned 80 000 square feet wellness centre in Milan, Italy, successfully managing more than 300 employees and 7000 members for almost ten years.

I have a Master degree in Architecture summa cum laude from the Polytechnic University of Milan with a final thesis on ‘Wellness Cities for the future’ where I focused on the relationship between the ancient roman Thermae architecture - where an entire part of the cities were dedicated to purifing the body and the spirit- and the modern approach to Health and Wellness space design.
